What happens Post-Show?

After the show concludes, your images will be uploaded to an online gallery by the following Thursday, I choose the ones that best reflect you and your horse. Your virtual gallery doubles up as an online store where you can browse through and purchase a variety of options including digital downloads, prints, wall art, and albums. Each item is designed to help you preserve those moments from the show in a way that's both meaningful and long-lasting.

  • Your booking fee of $45* is essential to secure your spot on my schedule. Additionally, included in the booking fee is a $45* credit, which can be utilized towards any items in the gallery store. Here are some of the more popular packages and products:

    Digital Packages

    - 20 Digital Images $249

    - 15 Digital Images $199

    - 10 Digital Images $149

    - 5 Digital Images $99

    Prints, wall art, and other products are also available for individual purchase. Basic loose leaf prints are priced starting at $17, the selection of wall art choices begins at $150, providing options to suit a range of preferences and budgets.

    *Booking fee is $25 for schooling shows.

  • It depends on a few factors.

    I might not be able to photograph every test you ride if there are certain circumstances.

    For example:

    - If you change your ride time or scratch without letting me know in advance.

    - Register after the show has started for the day.

    - You have multiple rides on the same horse during the show weekend.

    - If your horse enters the ring and is unsettled, reactive, or spooky.

    However, if you have a special request please let me know, and I can take this into account when I’m putting the photography schedule together.

    Some examples of special requests could include:

    - Wanting to be photographed wearing a new coat or matchy-matchy set for a specific test.

    - Capturing candid moments with a loved one who is coming to watch.

    - Photographing a specific test that is significant to you.

    Your input is valuable in customizing your photography experience to best suit your preferences and needs.

  • Provided you signed up for photography at the show.

    Show proofs will be uploaded to your individual private password-protected gallery by the Thursday following the show. You will receive an email from me containing a link and password. Please note that the preview images won't be edited yet, but no worries! Once you've picked out your favorites and purchased your digitals, prints, or wall art, I'll get right to editing.

    If you decide to purchase digital files, your selected images will be fully edited and color-corrected before being emailed to you with a secure downloadable link, this can take up to 72 hours after purchase.

    For other products like prints, wall art, etc., they'll be fully edited, and sent to print, you can expect them to be shipped to you within 10 days of purchase. Can't wait for you to see your beautiful photos!

  • At select venues, there's an option to schedule a black background or mini-portrait session either before or after show hours. This presents a wonderful chance to have your horse photographed with their ribbons, while they are all groomed and looking show-perfect!!.

    In cases where a black background setup isn't feasible due to venue constraints, there are plenty of picturesque spots available for photo sessions.

    Limited slots are available for these special onsite sessions, so please express your interest early. Additional fees apply for these exclusive sessions; for pricing details and further information, feel free to contact me.
